General Information

Arrival/Check in starts at 3pm Friday and all attendees need to be off the site by 4pm Monday. Please respect the "Leave no trace" principles so that we can use this site continually and pack out more then you packed in.

Ticket Pricing Tickets are $110, there are 250 available to the public, and will only be sold in advance. All meals, a safety towel, and full facilities are included. info here.

Only approved vendors can vend at the retreat. This provides attendees with equipment education and the ability to purchase gear. For information contact the Vendor Coordinator at vendors@wildfireretreat.com.

You can drive very close to your camping spot. Some cabin spaces are available and are mainly for flying in attendants. Email request for cabin bunk bed to Greeters@wildfireretreat.com

Below you will find a suggested list of what you need to know and bring to WildFire. In the spirit of this event, please know that you can ask anyone around you for anything you may need/have forgotten.

Items you will definitely need:
Tent and sleeping equipment
Drinking water container
Shower supplies
Sun Screen
Ear Plugs
Bug Spray
Several Towels
Your performing equipment
Something to Silk Screen a cool design on
Head or flash Light to walk around at night (pathway marking lights provided)
Several changes of clothing including rain gear, Small Trash Bags for your tent site to "Leave no Trace"
Fuel if you are burning, drums if you are playing (equipment will be provided for beginners)
Funky Clothes (because we can)










Items you will probably want:
Hiking clothing
Shade Structure
Sitting chairs
Camera / video (see official survival guide for photography guidelines)
Funky hat or two
Performing clothes (if you are so inclined)
